1.) Lay Groundwork:
Save and organize your financial docs and avoid big purchase until you have met with a mortgage specialist. Start saving early to have enough funds.
2.) Work with an Agent from the start:
I will guide you through the process every step of the way. The seller usually pays the real estate commission for their agent and the buyer’s agent. As your agent I will be there to help you succeed!
Ask questions. If something is confusing, ask about it before you sign anything. Be direct with me and my team. Speak up if you don’t like something.
4.) Be Flexible:
Circumstances always change, so this might not be your final home. Besides your financial capabilities, almost everything else is beyond your control.
